Sales & Reservations Director – Hospitality

We are looking for a Sales & Reservations Director to coordinate the commercial activity and the reservations department for our hotel portfolio in Mamaia Nord.

We want a person with experience in the hospitality industry, results-oriented, capable of both efficiently organizing reservation activities and developing new business sources: direct sales, corporate, agencies, groups, conferences, and events.

Responsibilities

- Coordinates and organizes the activity of the reservations department;

- Monitors requests, submitted offers, and conversion rate into reservations;

- Establishes and monitors the team's sales targets;

- Develops direct sales and customer relationships;

- Identifies and develops partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and companies;

- Develops the Corporate, Groups & MICE segment;

- Prepares and negotiates offers for groups, conferences, and events;

- Monitors occupancy rate, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue evolution;

- Participates in establishing the pricing strategy and commercial offers;

- Analyzes periods with low demand and proposes concrete actions to increase sales;

- Coordinates the follow-up process for offers and leads;

- Permanently collaborates with reception, operational departments, and management;

- Creates forecasts and periodic reports on sales, reservations, and commercial performance.

Candidate Profile

- Relevant experience in hotel sales, reservations, revenue, front office, or hotel management;

- Experience in a coordination position is a significant advantage;

- Very good commercial and negotiation skills;

- Ability to coordinate and motivate a team;

- Analytical thinking and orientation towards KPIs and results;

- Knowledge of OTAs, PMS, and reservation processes;

- Ability to build and develop B2B relationships;

- English language – advanced level;

- Organization, initiative, and decision-making capacity.
