Sales Director for Construction Projects
We are looking for a Sales Director with experience and dedication to lead our sales team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Higher education degree in construction or related field;
- 5-8 years of experience in leading a sales team;
- Advanced English language skills;
- Availability for business trips within the country and abroad;
The Sales Director will be responsible for:
- Leading and organizing the sales team to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets;
- Negotiating and closing deals with major clients;
- Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators of the sales team;
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans;
