Sales Director

The company SC A&B ACTIV DISTRIBUTION SRL, a leader in archiving and storage services for over 25 years, is expanding its management team and is looking for a SALES DIRECTOR with strategic vision, excellent leadership skills, and a strong results orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of sales strategy at a national/international level;
• Coordination and training of a new sales team and setting performance objectives;
• Market analysis and identification of new business development opportunities;
• Collaboration with other departments to achieve the company's overall objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management (preferably in a similar role);
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Solid knowledge of KPI analysis, commercial strategies, and team management;
• Proven experience in managing and analyzing customer databases, including portfolio segmentation, tracking purchasing behavior, and personalizing commercial offers;
• Own client portfolio is an advantage;
• Availability for occasional travel within the country.
