Requirements:
Higher technical education - electrical profile
Relevant specializations: Electrical Engineering, Electric Drives, Automation, Electrotechnics, Electrical Installations, Energetics.
Solid knowledge of low-voltage electrical power distribution, automation and industrial control systems
Minimum 2 years of experience in the design and/or manufacturing of industrial electrical panels
Knowledge of low-voltage electrical equipment and their integration into electrical panels
Very good negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills with technical and commercial teams
Technical analysis, solution-oriented, and cost optimization capabilities
Dynamic, persistent, organized, results-oriented person
Driving license category B - minimum 2 years of experience
Desire to build a long-term career within the company.

Responsibilities:
Develop technical-commercial offers for electrical panels
Identify and propose optimal technical solutions from a technical and economic perspective
Coordinate and monitor important offers and projects, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements
Collaborate with sales and production departments for correct project implementation
Provide support to the sales team in the bidding and negotiation process
Participate in meetings with clients, integrators, to clarify technical requirements.
Contribute to the development of the technical solutions portfolio and optimization of the bidding process
Participate in fulfilling general responsibilities regarding the promotion and sale of the company's products
Respect deadlines allocated for projects
