TECHNICAL DIRECTOR – SERVICE DEPARTMENT

We are a company with experience in the supply, commissioning, service, and maintenance of electrical power equipment, dedicated to offering high-quality technical solutions to clients from various fields of activity.

We are expanding our team and are looking for a Technical Director – Service Department, a professional with experience in coordinating technical activities and intervention teams.

Main Responsibilities:

- Coordinates and organizes the activity of the service and maintenance department;

- Plans and monitors technical interventions and preventive and corrective maintenance works;

- Coordinates the team of field technicians and ensures their professional development;

- Monitors compliance with technical standards, internal procedures, and safety regulations;

- Provides technical support in identifying and resolving complex problems;

- Collaborates with the company's departments for the smooth running of projects;

- Manages technical relationships with clients and contributes to increasing their satisfaction level;

- Monitors the department's performance indicators and proposes optimization measures.

- Ensures the training of subordinate technicians.

Requirements:

- Higher technical education (electrical engineering, power engineering, electromechanics, or similar fields);

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a coordination position within a technical/service department;

- Solid knowledge of diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of electromechanical equipment;

- Leadership, organization, and decision-making skills;

- Planning and results-oriented capacity;

- PC operation skills (MS Office); experience using an ERP system is an advantage;

- Category B driver's license.
