TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Cornu Boulangerie SRL is a company that is part of the Swiss group of companies Cornu SA, with the field of activity being the production and commercialization of fine pastry agri-food products.

Job Requirements:

- ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance within the production lines;

- supplying spare parts/materials necessary for the maintenance process, spare parts, sub-assemblies, and managing the IT maintenance program;

- immediate maintenance and management of all breakdowns that may occur in the production process;

- carrying out troubleshooting operations for production equipment with the aim of reducing breakdowns and potential interruptions to the production flow;

- drafting technical intervention sheets (machine maintenance file);

- operating specific documents and reporting interventions in the online maintenance system GMAO;

- carrying out inventories for spare parts/devices/consumable materials necessary for the technical department;

- develops new projects for the purpose of streamlining activities within the production and technical department.

Candidate Profile:

- technical knowledge and experience in the fields of: mechanics, electrical installations, automation;

- resistance to physical labor;

- assertive communication to work in complementarity with the production department and the production director;

- flexibility, availability for shift work;

- knowledge of an international language is an advantage;

- involved, honest, empathetic.
