TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Cornu Boulangerie SRL is a company that is part of the Swiss group of companies Cornu SA, with its domain of activity being the production and commercialization of fine pastry products. 

Job requirements: 

- ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance within production lines;

- provisioning with parts/materials necessary in the maintenance process, spare parts, subassemblies etc.;

- maintaining and managing all pens that may appear in the productive process;

- performing operations to repair equipment used in production with the goal of reducing downtime and potential interruptions to the production flow;

- drafting technical intervention files (maintenance file for machines);

- operating specific documents and reporting interventions in the online maintenance system GMAO;

- performing inventory for spare parts/discreet devices/consumable materials necessary for the technical department;

- developing new projects to optimize activity within the production and technical department.

Candidate Profile:

- technical knowledge and experience in fields: mechanics, electricity, automation;

- resistance to physical work;

- flexibility, availability for shift work schedule;

- knowledge of an international circulation language represents an advantage; 

- implication, honesty, empathy.
