Ideal Candidate

• Education: Higher technical education in a specialized field (Construction, Installations, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar technical management position (experience in Facility Management or commercial/industrial building maintenance is a major advantage).
• Expertise: Solid knowledge of current technical regulations, safety standards, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Competencies: Excellent analytical skills, decision-making under pressure, strategic planning, and interdepartmental communication.
• Foreign Languages: Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (technical terminology).
• Availability for travel in Central and Eastern Europe.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

• Technical Expertise and Solutions: Coordinates the work of subordinate engineers and validates complex technical solutions (major repairs vs. equipment replacements, project specifications, compliance with legal and technical norms).
• Standardization and Procedures: Defines, implements, and audits preventive and predictive maintenance standards and procedures across the entire building portfolio (verification matrix, revision intervals, corrective intervention workflows).
• Quality Control: Supervises and controls the quality of technical work execution in the field, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications and company excellence standards.
• Technical Support in Bidding (Pre-sales): Analyzes the technical requirements of potential beneficiaries during the tender/bidding phase; evaluates internal technical capacity (resources, competencies, required qualifications) and selects specialized subcontractors.
• Performance Management and KPIs: Monitors and optimizes technical performance indicators (mean time to repair, defect recurrence, equipment availability, energy efficiency, and asset lifecycle).
• Reporting: Presents complex technical analyses and modernization or efficiency proposals directly to company management.
