Technical Director

Our company is looking for a dedicated and organized Technical Director to join our team. If you are a proactive, organized person with a clear vision and solid experience in the technical field, then this position might be right for you.

Responsibilities:

·   Leads and manages the technical department, ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance with the company's objectives and policies;

·    Coordinates the production flow for the realization of the daily and weekly plan;

·    Adjusts machinery parameters in production;

·    Supervises and coordinates technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget;

·    Monitors compliance with quality standards and technical specifications;

·    Develops and monitors the preventive and predictive maintenance plan;

·    Analyzes recurring failures;

·    Coordinates interventions on mechanical, hydraulic, and automated equipment;

·    Manages the needs and critical stocks of spare parts;

·    Coordinates the activity of maintenance technicians and operators;

·    Monitors compliance with work procedures, quality, and H&S;

·    Proposes and implements measures to increase efficiency and reduce downtimes.

·    Recruits, trains, and manages technical personnel, ensuring they are motivated and perform their tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

•   Higher technical education – Engineering;

•   Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an industrial/production environment;

•   Experience with production machinery and mechanical/hydraulic maintenance;

•   Minimum 1–2 years of experience in coordinating a team or production flow;

•   Excellent leadership and communication skills;

•                     Ability to work under pressure and efficiently manage available resources.
