TECHNICAL DIRECTOR AUTOVENETIA

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Technical Director to join our team in a dynamic and innovative environment. As Technical Director, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating our company's technical department. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing technical strategies, ensuring that all our technical operations are efficient and comply with the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

·         Leading and managing the technical department, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the company's objectives and policies;

·         Developing and implementing technical strategies to support our business growth and development;

·         Supervising and coordinating technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget;

·         Collaborating closely with the management team to identify and implement innovative technical solutions;

·         Ensuring that all technical systems and infrastructure are regularly maintained and updated;

·         Recruiting, training, and managing technical personnel, ensuring they are motivated and perform their tasks efficiently;

·         Monitoring and evaluating the performance of the technical department, identifying and implementing necessary improvements;

·         Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the technological field.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree in a technical field;

·         Relevant experience in a similar position of at least 3 years, with a good understanding of technical principles and practices;

·         Holding a training course/certificate in the field of occupational health and safety (OHS- workplace safety);

·         Knowledge of legislation and regulations regarding occupational health and safety;

·         Excellent coordination and organization skills for technical activities;

·         Ability to develop and implement technical strategies, adapted to the company's needs and objectives;

·         Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments and teams;

·         Results-oriented and attention to detail;

·         Knowledge of English.
