Job Summary The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the Japan headquarters and the Singapore subsidiary, with the ability to understand local business operations, report to headquarters, and effectively manage the subsidiary’s business. The candidate is expected to possess strong expertise in the construction industry and to drive the Company’s further growth through his/her knowledge, experience, and leadership. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and monitor business plans allied with the Singapore subsidiary’s goals and objectives. Ensure effective communication between the Japan headquarters and the Singapore subsidiary. Drive the subsidiary’s business by leveraging local market insights and expertise. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry. Monitor and report on the subsidiary’s performance to the Japan headquarters. Identify opportunities for growth and propose strategies for expansion. Provide guidance and support to the Singapore subsidiary’s management team. Ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures. Key Qualifications Strong understanding of the construction industry and local market trends. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving business growth.
