Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position, in the automotive field.
• Technical skills in the automotive specialty
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to make strategic decisions and solve operational problems
• Results orientation and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Driver's license, category B.
