Director - Strategy and Market Intelligence

Role Summary: Messe Muenchen India is seeking a strategic and growth-focused professional to join as Director - Strategy. This role works closely with the CEO as a strategic sparring partner to shape and execute business growth strategies across the IMEA (India, Middle East, Africa) region. The Director - Strategy will lead high-impact strategic initiatives, identify new growth opportunities, and drive cross-functional alignment to maximize market impact. The ideal candidate will have: • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or international relations, • At least 8 years of experience in a strategic or leadership role, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, • Strong understanding of the IMEA region and its market trends, • Ability to develop and manage budgets and financial plans, • Strong leadership and management skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
