Tasks

• You are responsible for liquidity planning, cash flow management, and budget control.
• You create monthly reports on revenue, contribution margin, utilization, and order intake.
• You keep an overview of all internal projects and ensure that they are structured and pushed forward.
• You coordinate dependencies between projects and teams and recognize early risks and bottlenecks.

Qualification

• You bring several years of leadership experience, ideally already as a managing director or in the second management level of a software company.
• You have fundamental experience with SaaS business models and know the relevant key figures (such as MRR, Churn, and Unit Economics).
• You have already had budget responsibility, can read, understand, and derive decisions from a P&L statement.
• You understand technology, speak with development teams on an equal footing, and have experience with product decisions.
• You think entrepreneurially, actively shape processes, and make decisions consistently and result-oriented.
• You communicate clearly, transparently, and goal-oriented - both internally towards the team and externally towards customers and partners.
• You have a degree in business administration, economics, or a related field - where your practical experience is more important to us than just the degree.
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
