Director (Service Delivery) | 15 to 20 years | Large FMCG Enterprise | Bengaluru

We are hiring a Director (Service Delivery) for a leadership role within a large FMCG enterprise undergoing significant digital transformation. This role will drive the organisation’s operational technology maturity by establishing strong service delivery governance, ensuring resilience of critical digital platforms, and enabling reliable, scalable support models across the enterprise. What you need: 12–15 years of experience in IT Service Delivery, Digital Operations, or Application Operations; Strong understanding of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework; Experience with Agile methodologies; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proven track record of delivering high-quality services; Experience working with large-scale enterprise systems; Familiarity with cloud-based technologies; Knowledge of service desk management principles; Understanding of IT service continuity planning; Experience managing cross-functional teams; Strong leadership and mentoring skills; Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
