We are hiring an Auto Service Director for an Auto Dealership

We are looking for an experienced Auto Service Director capable of coordinating service operations, leading a high-performing team, and developing the business in an environment focused on quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What you will do

You will coordinate the entire activity of the service department, being responsible for achieving operational, financial, and quality objectives.

The main responsibilities include:

• coordinating the activity of the workshops and the teams under their supervision;
• monitoring performance indicators, budget, and department profitability;
• implementing and adhering to RAR (Road Transport Authority) procedures and standards;
• organizing technical activities, approving the need for parts and consumables, and supervising work quality;
• preparing and coordinating audits;
• developing the business by attracting new clients and identifying opportunities for services, parts, and accessories;
• monitoring performance indicators and customer satisfaction;
• managing complaints and ensuring an excellent experience for every client;
• coordinating recruitment, evaluation, training, and team development;
• organizing daily, weekly, and monthly meetings and monitoring staff performance;
• preparing periodic reports and presenting results to management.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a professional who combines technical skills with leadership competencies.

Requirements:

• experience in managing an auto service;
• solid knowledge of service processes, spare parts, and quality standards;
• experience in coordinating teams and managing performance indicators;
• excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills;
• customer and results orientation;
• good communication and negotiation skills;
• PC operating skills (Outlook and reporting systems).
