Director Russia

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a Technical discipline (Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering) or equivalent. Job experience: Experience in managing base metals flotation processes, with exposure to or management of Woodgrove’s Direct Flotation Reactors (DFR) being a distinct advantage. At least 15 years of job experience in mining or other heavy industry. Managerial experience: at least 5 to 10 years in similar managerial roles in the mining industry, with strong preference for experience with similar processes and technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the metallurgical processes and the ability to manage and coordinate the work of a team of engineers and technicians. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively is also important. The Director Russia will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Russia site, including the management of the flotation process, maintenance of equipment, and coordination with other departments. The Director Russia will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to manage and coordinate the work of a team of engineers and technicians.
