Job description
Director of elderly residence and day center in Mequinenza (Zaragoza). We are looking for someone with a university degree in healthcare, social work, or similar, to be in charge of the initial setup and organization of the center. The main functions include managing and coordinating the team and services of the residence, as well as attending to and supporting users and their families throughout the entire care process. It will also be necessary to coordinate admissions and maintain relationships with hospitals, associations, and social services. The selected person will be responsible for personnel selection, task and schedule organization, and supervision of purchases, suppliers, and budgets. Other important tasks include coordination with internal teams and the Works Council, fostering a dynamic work environment, and following up on inspections, audits, and legal requirements. An indefinite contract is offered, with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM. The gross annual salary is 29,450.65 euros. At least one year of experience in a similar position is required. A master's degree in Management of Sociosanitary Centers is positively valued.
