Director of Automotive Dealership

We are hiring a Director of Automotive Dealership (Dacia - Renault - KGM)

Location: Brasov

Your Role

You will be responsible for managing all dealership operations, from planning objectives and managing budgets to team development and compliance with brand standards and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Strategic Management

• Coordinate departmental activities.
• Establish and track dealership performance objectives.

Business Development

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
• Analyze the regional market and competition to adapt commercial strategies.

Operational Management

• Ensure operations are conducted in accordance with manufacturer standards and internal procedures.
• Oversee the quality of services offered in sales and service processes.

Financial Management

• Manage the dealership's budget and control costs.
• Monitor the financial performance of each department.

Team Development

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of employees.
• Set individual objectives and support team performance through coaching and regular evaluations.
• Create a work environment based on collaboration, responsibility, and continuous development.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a professional with management experience and a results-oriented vision.

We expect you to have:

• experience in managing a car dealership or in a similar management position;
• solid knowledge of automotive sales, service, and spare parts operations;
• experience in managing budgets, KPIs, and performance indicators;
• excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;
• the ability to make strategic decisions and coordinate multidisciplinary teams;
