Job description

1. Implements the company's sales & marketing policy in all Xpress/Xtime stores under its responsibility within the management area

2. Maintains and improves the relationship with store operators
3. Implements the company's sales strategy by maintaining the highest standards of customer service in stores
4. Ensures compliance with all operational procedures in the stores within the management area
5. Evaluates the results of the subordinate stores monthly and quarterly
6. Monitors promotional activities in the allocated stores, being responsible for the final result of these campaigns

7. Develops and implements plans to achieve sales objectives and proposes specific actions or activities for the area in which they operate that lead to increased sales figures
8. Prepares a monthly report verifying the evolution of the subordinate stores
9. Assists the subordinate stores in achieving sales objectives, quantitative and qualitative, selects the best partners for operating Xpress stores and handles theoretical and practical training

10. Coordinates new store openings

Xpress is a chain of convenience stores selling tobacco products, newspapers, Romanian lottery products, and complementary product and service categories (books, toys, soft drinks, sweets, prepaid services), with stores located in modern shopping centers or business centers (Xtime).
Tabac Xpress is a company with Czech capital and is part of the same group as Tabak Polska Poland.
In the first full year of operation, we opened 36 Xpress stores; currently (October 2026), the network has reached 290 stores.
