About Dinamic 92 Distribution:

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented leader to coordinate sales in the western part of the country.

Requirements:
Solid experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry (tires, parts, equipment);
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills;
Ability to analyze and focus on results;
Availability for frequent travel in the region;
Driving license category B;
Knowledge of operating a PC (MS Office, CRM – advantageous).

Main Responsibilities:
Managing and developing the client portfolio in the region (distributors, auto services, fleet management, various industrial companies, agriculture, forestry, etc.);
Coordinating the activities of the sales team in the zone and supporting its performance;
Implementing Dinamic 92's commercial strategy at the regional level;
Monitoring the market, competition, and identifying new opportunities;
Reporting periodically to central management and collaborating with support departments.
