Job description
A minimum NQF 07 qualification as recognised by SAQA in Real Estate Management/ Property Management/ Immovable Asset Management or Built Environment plus at least 5 years direct middle/senior management experience in real estate/property/immovable asset management and leading multidisciplinary teams across leasing, portfolio/asset acquisition/disposal, and/or facilities operations. An NQF 08 (Honours/Postgraduate) qualification in the above fields and more than 5 years direct middle/ senior management experience will be advantageous. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property market trends, real estate investment strategies, and property development principles. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to lead and manage teams effectively. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role or as a Senior Property Manager is required.
