Job Description The Director of Public Affairs for CASAJ will be responsible for leading a team of public affairs professionals in developing and implementing strategies to advance BD's reputation, build relationships with key stakeholders, and promote the company's products and services. This role will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing comprehensive public affairs strategies that align with BD's business objectives; • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare professionals, and industry leaders; • Providing strategic counsel to senior leadership on reputation management and crisis communications; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns; • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and identifying opportunities for BD to advance its reputation and promote its products. The Director of Public Affairs will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
