The company formally launched its infrastructure advisory business last year, focusing on project finance, M&A and bid support across all infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on energy transition projects. Role Overview This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a growing team with significant exposure and the chance to manage deals in a dynamic environment. As Director- Project Finance Advisory, you will lead our project finance advisory practice, providing strategic advice to clients on project financing, structuring and execution. You will work closely with our infrastructure advisory team to develop and deliver innovative financial solutions for clients across all infrastructure sectors. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the development of project finance strategies and proposals for clients. • Provide expert advice on project financing, structuring and execution. • Work closely with the infrastructure advisory team to develop and deliver innovative financial solutions for clients. • Manage a team of experienced professionals providing project finance advisory services. • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the infrastructure sector. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. • At least 8 years' experience in project finance, M&A or bid support. • Proven track record of delivering complex financial projects. • Strong understanding of project finance and infrastructure sectors. • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
