- Advanced knowledge of the English language

- Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in managing/installing computer systems such as SAP, ORACLE, Microsoft, VDI, Backup & Storage, or other system and server producers etc.

Job Description
- Activities of adaptation and/or harmonization of hardware, software, and operating systems solutions dedicated to businesses, applications, and processes existing or designed for real or estimated user needs;
- Activities of analysis to define specifications for building effective computer systems or building service solutions dedicated to businesses, in accordance with user requirements;
- Activities of realization/modification/adaptation of programs for computers, server computers, or service solutions dedicated to businesses, according to predefined specifications, and assembling them into IT systems, including maintenance and testing to ensure compliance with specifications;
- Expertise and practical assistance in managing database systems and using data information, service solutions dedicated to businesses, to respond to system requirements at any moment in the life cycle, in accordance with defined quality criteria;
- Defining market strategy, developing business plans, validating and refining design solutions for networks and creating opportunities for business development, with the objective of achieving set objectives for the current year, in accordance with company norms and guidelines;
- Reviewing information about competitors to provide information and validate analysis differences to finalize market information report and difference analysis;
- Reviewing and providing information about multiple solution approaches offered by the team to validate hypotheses made in business cases.
- Interacting with clients, building relationships, and connecting with all interested parties and guiding the operations team leader to develop a personalized and adapted solution for each client;
- Movements within the country and abroad depending on project requirements
