- Capacity to study and establish solutions to problems that may arise

- At least 20 years of experience in the field
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
- No criminal record
- Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in managing/installing computer systems such as SAP, ORACLE, Microsoft, VDI, Backup & Storage, or other producers of such systems and servers, etc.
- Ability to work under stress conditions
Job Description
- Activities for adapting and/or harmonizing hardware, software, and operating system solutions, dedicated business services applications, processes, or projects, in accordance with real or estimated user needs, as well as to meet the requirements for response time (response time)
- Activities for analyzing and defining specifications for building effective computer systems or solutions dedicated to businesses, in accordance with user requirements;
- Activities for realizing/adjusting/modifying/adapting programs for computers, servers, or business services applications, according to predefined specifications, and assembling them into IT systems, including maintenance and testing to ensure compliance with specifications;
- Expertise and practical assistance in managing database systems and using computer data, as well as providing solutions dedicated to businesses, to respond to system requirements at any moment in the life cycle, in accordance with defined quality criteria.
- Defining market strategies, developing business plans, validating and refining solution design for networks, creating opportunities for business development, with the objective of achieving established goals for the respective year, in accordance with company norms and guidelines;
- Reviewing information about competitors to provide information and validate analysis differences to finalize market information reports and analysis differences;
- Reviewing and providing information about multiple solution approaches offered by the team to validate hypotheses made in business cases.
- Interacting with clients, building relationships, and connecting with all interested parties and guiding the operations team leader to develop a personalized and adapted solution for each client;
- Traveling within the country and abroad depending on project requirements
