Basic requirements of the position

• Superior studies finalized – technical profile / food industry / engineering;
• Solid experience in a leadership role in production (minimum 3-5 years), ideal in the food industry;
• Techincal knowledge of manufacturing processes, production flows, and quality standards;
• Knowledge of standards for food products
• Good PC skills – MS Office;
• Ability to coordinate, plan, analyze, and optimize processes;
• Excellent communication and leadership skills;
• Oriented towards results, responsibility, and assumption.

Main responsibilities

• Production planning
• Developing a production plan in accordance with quantitative, qualitative, and budgetary objectives;
• Ensuring that orders are met within the assumed deadlines.
• Organizing the production process
• Optimizing capacities and production flows;
• Developing and implementing technological instructions and flow diagrams;
• Ensuring compliance with technical parameters of products.
• Coordinating and correlating technological processes
• Adapting technologies to variations in raw materials;
• Ensuring continuity and rhythm of the production process.
• Analyzing and controlling performance
• Analyzing production data and implementing measures to reduce rejections, consumption, and costs;
• Optimizing production times and resource efficiency.
• Quality management
• Implementing and respecting HACCP, ISO 22000, and industry-specific standards procedures;
• Monitoring critical indicators and ensuring product conformity.
• Materiel management
• Supervising traceability, minimizing losses, and respecting expiration dates;
• Managing stocks of raw materials, semi-finished products, and in-process products.
• Depositing, labeling, and delivering
• Ensuring correct labeling according to Regulation 1169/2011;
• Managing stocks of finished products, counter-products, and non-conforming products.
• Maintenance, equipment, and property management
• Coordinating maintenance activities, repairs, and technical verifications;
• Optimizing maintenance costs and ensuring continuous operation of equipment.
• Team management
• Planning and organizing team activities;
• Evaluating professional performance, coaching, mentoring, and continuous development;
• Recruiting and integrating new employees in collaboration with the HR department.
• Relationships with other departments
• Direct collaboration with Purchasing for ensuring necessary materials for production;
• Support provided to the Financial-Contabil Department for analyzing costs and budgets;
• Cooperation with Sales for respecting commitments to clients;
• Persistent communication with Logistics for maintaining delivery rhythm.
