Director Private Banking

We are seeking an experienced Senior Private Banking lead to join our Clients Private Banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth individuals and corporate clients, providing tailored financial solutions to meet their complex wealth management needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals and corporate clients, focusing on complex financial needs
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities through strategic networking and referrals
• Provide expert advice on advanced wealth management products and services
• Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis and develop customized solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality client service and drive business growth
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators, mentoring junior team members

Requirements:

• Experience in private banking or wealth management, with a proven track record of managing complex client relationships
• Strong network of high net worth individuals and corporate clients
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets, acquiring new business, and mentoring junior team members
• Strong knowledge of advanced wealth management products and services
