Job Description Key Accountabilities: Serve as single point of contact (SPOC) in Singapore for FAB Network RMs Be the resident expert for Singapore booking Centre – regulations, processes On-board new family office clients in APAC, GCC, NRIs, and service existing relationships Assist to increase penetration of Investment, Insurance, Treasury and lending products within client portfolios Contribute to increase in overall AUM of PB business Generate fee, forex and interest income Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including RMs, clients, and other departments Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure timely resolution of any issues or concerns Keywords: FAB Network, Singapore booking Centre, APAC, GCC, NRIs, Investment, Insurance, Treasury, lending products, AUM, PB business, fee, forex, interest income, regulatory requirements, internal policies, RMs, clients, customer service
