Director of Operations

We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations with experience in coordinating production and operational activities, focused on efficiency, results, and team development.

• Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate and monitor the company's operational activity;

·         Contribute to the development of production capacity and the implementation of new projects.

·         Coordinate the activity of the departments involved in the operational flow and ensure good collaboration between them;

·         Monitor the company's results and identify measures to increase efficiency and profitability;

·         Ensure the achievement of objectives set by management;

·         Participate in strategic decision-making regarding operational activity and company development;

·         Coordinate and evaluate the activity of operational teams;

·         Identify problems and blockages between departments and coordinate their resolution;

·         Collaborate directly with company management and the commercial, financial, technical, and production departments;

·         Represent the company in relations with suppliers, collaborators, and, where applicable, clients;

• Requirements:

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in a management position, in a company with production or operations activity;

·         Experience in team coordination;

·         Very good organizational and planning skills;

·         Analytical and decision-making skills;

·         Results-oriented and focused on activity optimization;

·         Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills;

·         Good PC and Microsoft Office operating skills;

·         Driving license category B.
