We are looking for a Director Operational who will coordinate the technical and logistical activity of our company, ensuring impeccable delivery of events: sales conferences, medical conferences, corporate events.

The role requires managing the technical team, equipment depot (audio-video), suppliers, and logistics related to events.

Main Responsibilities

Planning and operational coordination of events (preparation, transportation, installation, operation, disassembly)
Organizing and scheduling the technical team (who, when, where, with what resources)
Coordinating transportation and fleet utilization
Collaboration with the equipment depot responsible for inventory, maintenance, and availability of equipment
Ensuring compliance with technical standards, quality, and safety
Managing unexpected situations during events
Optimizing operational costs and internal processes

Candidate Profile

Experience in the field of events / event production / AV
Prior experience in coordinating a team
Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills
Able to make quick decisions under pressure
Availability for flexible schedule and travel
