Job description
We are looking for a Director Operational who will coordinate the technical and logistical activity of our company, ensuring impeccable delivery of events: sales conferences, medical conferences, corporate events.
The role requires managing the technical team, equipment depot (audio-video), suppliers, and logistics related to events.
Main Responsibilities
- Planning and operational coordination of events (preparation, transportation, installation, operation, disassembly)
- Organizing and scheduling the technical team (who, when, where, with what resources)
- Coordinating transportation and fleet utilization
- Collaboration with the equipment depot responsible for inventory, maintenance, and availability of equipment
- Ensuring compliance with technical standards, quality, and safety
- Managing unexpected situations during events
- Optimizing operational costs and internal processes
Candidate Profile
- Experience in the field of events / event production / AV
- Prior experience in coordinating a team
- Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills
- Able to make quick decisions under pressure
- Availability for flexible schedule and travel
