Ideal Candidate

• Education: Higher technical studies in the field of construction, installations, or electrical/mechanical engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar operational management position (experience in Facility Management, Construction, or Technical Services is a major advantage).
• Leadership: Excellent team coordination skills
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation, conflict mediation, and interdepartmental and client communication skills.
• Foreign Languages: Knowledge of English at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Availability for travel in the central and eastern regions of Europe.

Main Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordination of field operations: Supervises the execution of all projects and interventions, ensuring that work is carried out within the established deadlines, with optimal allocation of personnel and equipment according to client requirements.
• Management of subordinate teams: Sets operational priorities, defines clear objectives, and monitors the activity and performance of subordinate teams (fixed and mobile teams).
• Delivery of contractual services: Takes over ongoing commercial contracts and monitors strict adherence to all agreed-upon performance indicators (SLAs) with beneficiaries.
• Crisis management and problem-solving: Intervenes strategically and effectively resolves unforeseen field situations (managing escalated client complaints, budget deviations, material delivery delays, subcontractor non-compliance, or staff fluctuations).
• KPI Monitoring and Reporting: Monitors operational performance indicators (average intervention duration, work completion rate, team productivity, and project profitability) and presents periodic reports to company management.
