Director, Online Marketing and Product Development

Your responsibilities will include: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns to drive engagement and conversion; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers; Develop and manage budgets for online marketing initiatives; Analyze and report on the performance of online marketing campaigns; Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors; Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to the organization on online marketing trends and best practices; Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and methodologies to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative. Your qualifications will include: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, product development, or a related field; Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies and campaigns; Strong understanding of online marketing channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization, and pay-per-click advertising; Experience with product development lifecycle, including product planning, design, development, testing, and launch; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives; Strong passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous learning.
