Director of Software Engineering

Teletrac Navman is looking for a Director of Software Engineering to lead and evolve our software and mobile engineering capability across core and customer-facing platforms. This is a hands-on, high-accountability leadership role for someone who thrives in complex environments and is ready to take end-to-end ownership of engineering outcomes, not just team coordination. If you are energised by delivery excellence, system reliability, modern engineering practices, and the practical application of software development methodologies, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Director of Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing team of engineers, defining technical direction, and ensuring that our software solutions meet the needs of our customers. You will also be expected to collaborate with other departments, such as product management, design, and operations, to ensure that our engineering efforts are aligned with business objectives. If you have a passion for software development, leadership, and collaboration, then we would love to hear from you.
