Now Hiring: Director of Social Work

Responsibilities Director of Social Work:

• Identifies cognitive impairments, mood problems and other psycho-social needs in residents.
• Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation.
• Review Advanced Directives and provide education to residents and family members as needed.
• Help provide a smooth admission and discharge process for residents and family members.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.

Qualifications Director of Social Work:

• Prior experience managing staff is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required

License:

• Must have active LSW or CSW license.
