Job Description Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Sales & Marketing is a visionary and a driver, responsible for leading revenue strategy, shaping the resort’s evolving market positioning, and playing a pivotal role in the Rimrock Banff’s rebranding journey. As a key architect of this evolution, you will guide the development of a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth, increase brand awareness, and foster a strong reputation for the resort. You will also be responsible for leading a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they are equipped to achieve their goals.
