Director of Sales & Marketing | Park Hyatt Riviera Maya We are seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy for Park Hyatt Riviera Maya an upcoming ultra-luxury resort positioned to become a benchmark destination in the region. This role requires a strategic and commercially driven leader with a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, capable of positioning the property across key international markets (U.S., Mexico, and LATAM), driving a refined segment mix, and elevating the brand's presence through targeted marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in luxury hospitality sales and marketing, with a strong network of contacts in the industry. The Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that drives revenue growth, increases brand awareness, and enhances the overall guest experience. This includes identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, managing a team of sales and marketing professionals, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless execution of the strategy. The Director of Sales & Marketing will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to capitalize on those opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. The Director of Sales & Marketing will report to the General Manager and will be based at the Park Hyatt Riviera Maya.
