Hiring | R&D Director | Singapore (Onsite) Our client is looking for an experienced R&D Director to lead cross-regional R&D teams across Singapore and Malaysia, driving the development of next-generation optoelectronic testing equipment and semiconductor automation equipment . Key Responsibilities • Coordinate R&D teams in Singapore and Malaysia, including manpower allocation, budget control, performance management, and talent development. • Serve as the overall technical lead for projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify research priorities, develop strategic plans, and allocate resources accordingly. • Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation, learning from failures, and continuous improvement. • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers to drive business growth and opportunities. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to inform research directions and strategic planning. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
