Director of People Operations & Labour We’re looking for a Director to join the team and help us boost the company to the next level. The Role The role combines deep labour law expertise, operational excellence, and strategic leadership in a fast‑growing, international tech environment. Responsibilities Labour Strategy & Business Alignment Define and execute the global labour relations strategy aligned with business priorities in a fast‑growing international tech environment. Act as the company’s primary point of contact for labour relations matters. Provide expert advice on labour law and employee relations matters to HR and business leaders. Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations across all locations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with labour unions, where applicable. Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements. Operational Excellence Oversee and optimize the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are legally compliant, efficient, and aligned with company values. Manage the HR operations team, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality HR services. Implement and leverage HR technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Data & Analytics Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR programs, and make data‑driven decisions. Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards to senior management. Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in HR and labour relations. Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and develop the HR operations and labour relations teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with overall business objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on labour relations. Deep knowledge of labour law and employee relations practices. Experience in a global, fast‑growing tech environment. Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and policies. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working with labour unions.
