With this in mind, we’re looking for a Director of Payroll Customer Services who will lead our customer-facing payroll services team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our customers, while also driving process improvements and developing strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders. Some of the key responsibilities for this role include: • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction • Leading a team of payroll professionals to deliver high-quality services to our customers • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements and new initiatives • Building strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of payroll services • Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and developing recommendations to drive business growth and customer satisfaction • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous learning. Some of the key qualifications for this role include: • 5+ years of experience in payroll services, preferably in a leadership or management capacity • Strong understanding of payroll regulations, laws, and best practices • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with project management tools and software • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
