This role is crucial to scaling our user base and expanding our reach. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, and community building. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive sustainable, long-term growth. Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy aligned with our business goals. Oversee all aspects of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and technical SEO. Lead content marketing initiatives, including content strategy, creation, and distribution. Manage and grow our online communities, fostering engagement and a sense of belonging. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of organic growth initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product, to ensure alignment and consistency. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in organic growth and digital marketing. Requirements Proven experience in organic growth, with a focus on SEO, content marketing, and community building. Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and technical SEO. Experience with content strategy, creation, and distribution. Experience managing and growing online communities. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
