Job Summary Administers the nursing program in a long term care facility to maintain standards of quality care and service. Develops and implements policies and procedures for the nursing department. Provides leadership and guidance to the nursing staff. Collaborates with other departments to ensure continuity of care. Maintains accurate records and reports. Participates in quality improvement initiatives. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Master's degree preferred. Current RN license in the state of Nebraska required. 3+ years of experience as a nurse leader or manager. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations. Knowledge of long term care regulations and standards. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
