Director of Nursing (DON)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team. The DON will oversee all aspects of nursing operations, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and staff development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support the nursing staff to deliver top-quality resident care.

• Oversee all clinical programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with the Administrator and leadership team to meet facility goals and maintain high quality measures.

• Monitor resident outcomes, implement care plans, and drive continuous improvement.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and staff development initiatives to promote a positive and supportive work environment.

• Act as a resource and role model for clinical excellence and compassionate care.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of New Jersey (required).

• Prior experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulations.

• Commitment to resident-centered care and quality improvement.
