Key Responsibilities
- Member Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow membership, foster two-way communication, and share valuable insights.
- Event Leadership: Plan and execute high-quality events, from concept to completion, including logistics, budgets, and on-site management.
- Stakeholder Partnerships: Build strong relationships with sponsors, members, and community leaders to secure support and enhance event success.
- Marketing & Promotion: Drive event attendance and engagement through creative campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Awards Management: Oversee the nomination and judging process for the Business Excellence Awards, ensuring transparency and excellence.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate event outcomes, report on performance, and innovate to deliver even greater member value.
- Proven experience in event management, stakeholder engagement, and marketing.
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
