Qualifications: * Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school. * Admission to practice law in at least one relevant jurisdiction. * Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in employment law, with a significant portion gained in-house at a technology company or a leading law firm with a strong employment practice. * Deep and comprehensive knowledge of US employment laws (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, ADEA) and a strong understanding of international employment law principles. * Experience advising on cross-border employment matters and global compliance. * Proven ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with payroll and HR technology platforms. * Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). * Experience managing legal teams or significant projects. What we offer: * A unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing, disruptive tech company. * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * The chance to make a significant impact on the future of global employment.
