Job description
Carpeta RO has been a premier provider of high-quality natural wool carpets in Romania since 2007. We pride ourselves on offering luxurious carpets woven from the finest New Zealand wool. Our production facility, Moldabela, is situated in Ungheni, Republic of Moldova. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Director of International Sales to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing global sales strategies, leading the sales team to success, and contributing to the company's growth and profitability.
- Elaborate and implement international sales strategies to achieve set objectives;
- Supervise and coordinate the sales team to ensure optimal performance;
- Identify and explore opportunities for business expansion on international markets;
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients globally;
- Monitor market trends and competition to identify new sales opportunities;
- Prepare periodic reports on international sales performance and propose corrective measures where necessary.
