Director of Housekeeping Quality Hiring

Director of Housekeeping Quality Hiring vacancy in Cape-Town South Africa Director of Housekeeping who will support the Director of Rooms, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping Department. Responsible for assuring that guest rooms, public and employee areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness; as well as direct the efforts of the Laundry Department. This person will have strong leadership, interpersonal and analytical skills, and is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control and be able to implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The Director of Housekeeping Quality Hiring will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff, including training, coaching and mentoring them to ensure they meet the high standards of the hotel. The Director of Housekeeping Quality Hiring will also be responsible for developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting quality control checks and ensuring that all areas of the hotel meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. The Director of Housekeeping Quality Hiring will work closely with the Director of Rooms to ensure that the hotel's high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
