Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Position Summary The Director of FP&A will be responsible for all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting. This role will partner closely with the executive team and department heads to provide financial insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Partner with department heads to develop and manage budgets and forecasts. Provide financial support for strategic initiatives, including M&A and fundraising. Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures. Manage and mentor a team of FP&A professionals. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis. Strong financial modeling skills. Experience with budgeting and forecasting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with SaaS companies preferred. Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems preferred. Experience with venture-backed companies preferred. Benefits Competitive salary.
