Director of Engineering I am recruiting for a Director of Engineering working for a Cape Town based FinTech. They are stepping into their growth phase - moving the product forward including potential market share, new integrations as well as moving into new territories. In support of this next step, they are growing their teams to support these initiatives - one of the key hires is this position. The Engineering team at present is about 40 people strong with a fantastic Head of Engineering in place. The Director of Engineering will be responsible for leading the Engineering team, defining the technical strategy, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
