Director of Engineering - Cyptocurrency Exchange

Responsibilities: The Director of Engineering will be responsible for leading the engineering team, defining the technical direction of the company, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This includes: • Developing and maintaining a high-performing engineering team, • Defining and implementing the technical strategy for the company, • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, • Staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and trends in the field of Blockchain and cryptocurrency, • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the field of Blockchain or cryptocurrency, • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, • Excellent communication and leadership skills, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git, • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure, • Experience with cryptocurrency and Blockchain technologies, • Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency and Blockchain industry, • Ability to work in a remote setting with occasional travel to the office.
